Whatcha Mean, What's a Zine?: The Art of Making Zines and Mini-Comics is a book by Esther Pearl Wilson and Mark Todd published in 2006 by Graphia Books. Primarily meant for Young Adults, the book is laid out much like a zine using typewritten and handwritten text and drawings. It features several how-to's on zine size, layouts, binding, copying, distribution, and extras such as silkscreening and print gocco. The book also features interviews with Laurie Henzel of Bust and Eric Nakamura of Giant Robot. Raina Lee of 1-up zine and several comic zine artists, including Saelee Oh, Souther Salazar, Allison Cole, and Dave Kiersh contributed to Whatcha Mean, What's a Zine?.
