The West Virginia Surf Report was a humor zine published by Jeff Kay out of Greensboro, NC and Atlanta, GA. It began in 1978 and continued through the 1990s until Kay abandoned it for a Web version. It was a short zine filled with nonsense, silly humor often meant to offend, local news and gossip, and editorial from its author--definitely a one man show that people either hated or loved.
