Warning was created by a guy named Frank Harlan in 1982, in Anchorage, Alaska. It was the first punk zine in Alaska, and everyone (every Alaskan) is pretty much in agreement that it's still the best. It ran for many issues, I don't know how many, cuz it wasn't my era, but it ran until the Fall of 1986 (ok, so it was almost my era, I was in 8th grade when it ended). Frank has since moved to the Pacific NW, where he started Bombshelter Videos.
