Vampire Index was a science fiction fanzine by Boff Perry.

The Vampire Index was published January 2, 1948 in Durham, North Carolina, U.S.A. it was a complete index of the contents of Vampire fanzine, published in Dover, New Jersey, U.S.A. from 1945 till 1947 by Joe Kennedy.

The contents of Vampire Index were as follows:
Introduction; Section One: A Chronological Index; Section Two: An Alphabetical Index; Section Three: An Authors Index; Section Four: An Artists Index; Section Five: A Correspondents Index.

Vampire Index was distributed through both FAPA and SAPS.
