Under The Ozone Hole was a science fiction fanzine published by John W. Herbert and Karl Johanson.

Under The Ozone Hole was first published from 1992 till 1996 in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The title was revived in 2005 by editor John Herbert.

Contributors to the 1990s issues included Chuck Bell, Adam Charlesworth (Neology), Roy Fisher, E.B. Klassen (The Central Ganglion), Paula Johanson (The Central Ganglion), and Robert Runté (The Monthly Monthly, Neology).

Contributors to the 2000's issues included E.B. Klassen and Lloyd Penney (Torus).

Under The Ozone Hole won the Aurora Award for Best Fanzine for the years 1993, 1994, 1995, and 1996.

Previously, in the 1980s, John W. Herbert had co-edited Atavachron.
