The Last Prom was a research zine published out of Los Angeles, California in the early 90's. There were 4 (?) issues with subject matter including "A history of the Drivers' Education Film," which was included in Chip Rowe's Book of Zines. Other issues were about TV preacher Dr. Gene Scott and UFO figure Georgle Van Tassel. The last issue, "Whispers From Space," was made into a feature film.

The publisher, Ralph Coon, is believed to be a pseudonym for an unidentified writer for The Los Angeles Times.
