The Diversifier is a fanzine published by A.B. Clingan and C.C. Clingan in the 1970's.

The Diversifier was published in Oroville, California, U.S.A. it was a literary zine, publishing work within the genres of science fiction, horror and the supernatural, that featured new work by contemporary authors and reprints of work by well know writers in these genres. 27 issues were released, beginning in June 1974 and ending in February-March 1979.

Contemporary contributors included Donn Brazier, Adrian Chadwick, A. Bertram Chandler, Joan Garrison, Jeffrey Goddin, G.S. Kirsch, David Madison, Marcia Martin, A.K. Molnar, Gary Muschia, Wilum Pugmire, Jessica Amanda Salmonson (The Literary Magazine of Fantasy and Terror), Paul Shelton, David C. Smith, Stephanie Stearns, William Stout, Quentin Von Lin, A.P. Wrightman.

Authors of reprints included Poul Anderson, Isaac Asimov, Robert Bloch, Hannes Bok, Joseph Payne Breenan, L. Sprague de Camp, Smithwainer Cord, Harry Harrison, Robert E. Howard, Fritz Leiber, C.L. Moore, Edith Ogutsch, E. Hoffman Price, Mack Reynolds, Clifford Simak, E.C. Tubbs, manly W. Wellman, and Donald Wollheim.

Interviews with noted writers and publishers such as Forrest J. Ackerman and Robert Bloch were also included.

Artists featured were Craig Anderson, Nancy Barker, Susan Breiding, Frank Cirocco, A.B. Cox, Jeff Easley, Phil Foglio, Jude Fulkerson, Don Herron, Gary Kato, Ed Newby, Steve Sneyd, Mike Streff, Joe West, and Ron Wilber.
