The Chigger Patch of Fandom was a science fiction fandom fanzine edited by Nan Gerding and Bob Farnham (d. December 30, 1965).

Chigger Patch was released in the 1950s in Roseville, Illinois, U.S.A.

Contributors of prose included Garth Bentley, Robert Bloch (Science Fiction Fifty Yearly), Ed Cox (Triton, Altair), Harlan Ellison (Science Fantasy Bulletin), Rory Faulkner (Shangri L'Affaires), Eva Firestone (The National Fantasy Fan), Joe Gibson (G2, The Damned Patrol), Jim Harmon, Bert Hirschhorn (Tyrann), Olive Morgan, Orma McCormick (Starlanes), Noah W. McLeod, Tom Piper, Hal Shapiro (Hallucinations), L.L. Shepherd, Robert R. Wheeler, and the editors.

It included such publications as Max Keasler's Opus, Bill Venable's The Pendulum, Norman Browne's Vanations, Harlan Ellison's Science Fantasy Bulletin, Dave English's Fantasias, Norbert Hirschhorn's Tyrann, Ian MacAuley's Cosmag, SF by John Magnus, Joel Nydahl's Vega, and Starlanes by Nan Gerding and Orma McCormick.

Bob Farnham also published Centaurian. Nan Gerding also published Nandu.
