Stop Breaking Down was a science fiction fanzine by Greg Pickersgill.

Stop Breaking Down was first released in 1976 and during its time was considered a focal point fanzine of British fandom by Checkpoint zine, among others. Seven issues were published till it ended its run in 1981. It included articles and essays, fannish concerns, regular columns, fanzine reviews by Pickersgill and a lettercolumn.

Contributions of art work came from Harry Bell (Grimwab).

Contributions of writing were by Chris Atkinson, Graham Charnock, Pat Charnock, Malcolm Edwards, Rob Hansen, Rob Holdstock, Linda Krawecke, Peter Roberts, and D. West.

Simone Walsh (later editor of Seamonsters) produced a regular column for each issue.
