Specula was a science fiction fanzine edited by Arthur Louis Joquel II published in 1941 from Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

Two issues were releases, the first in January of 1941, the second in March of 1941.

The first issue contained fiction by Norman Anthony, William Graham, Carlton Greene, Joquel, and Ko Rin; poetry by Mischa Jaroff; and articles by Forrest J Ackerman and Carlton J. Fassbeinder. Interior illustrations were by Altheda O'Brien.
