Some underground machine (199?-?) or S.U.M. is a zine by published by Simon Turnbull, in Collingwood, VIC. The review of S.U.M. in The new pollution, page 74, referrs to the zine as featuring "industrial imagery and collages which drive home the absurdity of the military entertainment complex we live in... Some Underground Machine is an industrial alarm clock with style oozing out of every page."
