Scram is "dedicated to rooting out the cashews in the bridge mix of unpopular culture. Since 1992 we have chronicled the neglected, the odd, the nifty and the nuts." The zine is published by Kim Cooper and [[Richard Hutt] from Hollywood, CA. Scram was featured in The Factsheet Five Reader.

The latest issue, #22, is the beatnik/banker issue. If features folk songstress Vashti Bunyan, Neutral Milk Hotel, bluesman Nick Gravenites, Phil Ochs' collaborator Lincoln Mayorga, and more.
