Ruthless Zine (2008-2010) was a short lived art & activism zine dedicated to the 21-and-under crowd in Scranton, PA, U.S.A.
The zine would take social commentary and artwork from locals and publish it for free distribution. The zine was created by Jessica Meoni, coordinator of the Scranton Zine Fest.
