Radical sadness

Radical sadness is a free occasional zine made in Wagga Wagga, NSW, Australia using whatever materials happen to be lying around at the time. The content is based around a "reprint of a difficult or impossible to get text".

The author notes that "i make the zine because i think the text is interesting, and because i didn't think the copyright holders would mind".

Issues

  • Volume 1, Issue 1 (June 2007):

Edition: 100

Distribution: Melbourne, Sydney, Wagga Wagga, Newcastle and Paris.

This issue features an email exchange between Geert Lovink and Mckenzie Wark during the week following the death of Jean Baudrillard, which was distributed via the nettime.org list in early 2007.

The author notes that "in this case i also published the text online on the doubt2.org wiki to initiate a discussion about it, especially on the idea of radical sadness. if you want to read the discussion or join in go there."
