Propertico was a fanzine edited from Billingham in the North East of England.

One issue of Propertico was published in 1993.

The name of the zine was conceived after spotting a van for a property services company of the same name and it having a nice ring, while the inspiration for the zine itself was on account of a favourable review for Bugs and Drugs in the music press.

Contents included interviews with Sidi Bou Said and Mambo Taxi, as well as the usual record reviews and political rants. The zine was rebadged as Bleeder for its second issue and included interviews with Fudge Tunnel and Silverfish.
