Barbara Kligman released sixteen issues of her zine, Plotz.

The 16th issue, her final one, had a clever cover take-off of Cliff Notes study guides. Inside this, and all her issues, was her singular impressions of the Jewish life. Plotz is her account of both the pluses and minuses of her life in New York City with a mix of perzine entries, superb illustrations, assorted rants, and articles. Contributors included Jeff Koyen of Crank zine. The 16th issue also contains a synopsis of all 16 issues.

Barbara Kligman talks about her zine in the documentary film Grrlyshow, directed by Kara Herold, which features the female creators of zines such as Bamboo Girl, Bitch, Java Turtle and Kligman's own Plotz.
