Pixie Girl

Pixie Girl was a zine created by a girl in Queens, NY with (at the time) undiagnosed panic attacks, who was obsessed with music, and was turned down for an internship at Sassy magazine due to being unable to pay for college right out of high school. It was largely rants, with album reviews and band interviews, with an odd "curse" that every band interviewed for the zine broke up.

Post humus:c two issues of "Half-Life".

Currently: pixie is the singer of a CT band, [The Midnightmares] and is still writing online constantly, if not in zine form.

pixie would also LOVE if anyone had copies of the zine to send her, as in her gypsy life, lost all the cut and paste flats as well as the copies and has not seen her own work in years. themidnightmares@gmail.com if you have copies by any chance.
