Phil Clarke was the editor of Nuneaton, England fanzine Damn Latin.  It was in various sized formats, and ran between 1981 to 1983 approx. It featured interviews with local acts, reviews, and social commentary.  He later went on to form Stress with Alan Rider of Adventures in Reality and subsequently Patternclear.  Both bands released material on the Adventures in Reality recording label.
