Parcell Press is a zine distro and publishing house started in December 2003 in Fredericksburg, VA by Taylor Ball of Cultor-Sore zine. Parcell Press published the Ms. Film's DIY Guide to Film & Video (paperback) in February 2006 and relocated to Richmond, VA in February 2007. Parcell Press is currently based in Philadelphia, PA.
