Outre is a science fiction fanzine by Kent McDaniel.

Outre was published in St. Louis, Missouri, U.S.A. in the 1960's and distributed by the Southern Fandom Press Alliance. At least 6 issues were released, with issue 3 appearing in 1963, and issues 4 and 6 in 1969.

Contributors of art work included Dany Frolich, George Proctor (Citadel), and Joe Staton. Covers were by George Proctor (#1), Joe Stanton (#3), and Glen Brock (#4).

Contributors of writing included John Battle, and Hank Reinhardt, among others.

Contributors of poetry included John Battle and kent McDaniel.

In the early 1960s, Kent McDaniel also wrote for fellow St. Louis, Missouri fan Paul Gilster's fanzine Cygnus (Paul Gilster also published Kronos), and published one issue of the fanzine Wafe with Arnie Katz (FIAWOL). More recently, Joe Staton did the cover art for Kent McDaniel's new book Jimmy Stu Lives!. As well, after four decades he returned to fanzine publishing with Dumbfounding Stories.
