Operations Manual is a propaganda pamphlet, first published in 2004 shortly after the Bush administration rigged their second election. Operations Manual ran for only 6 issues before leaving the publishing world for unknown reasons. It was primarily distributed to friends and friendly spaces in Kansas City, MO and friends scattered around the country. After an extended hiatus, Operations Manual resumed publishing in Fall 2010, expanding distribution to new friendly spaces in the friendliest cities around the country.

Operations Manual is presented in a series of volumes, each with it's own ambiguous theme. Sometimes political, sometimes personal, always profoundly ridiculous, Operations Manual is regarded as one of the most essential handbooks for survival in our Universe.

"It's kind of like Reader's Digest meets Principia Discordia meets Highlights with a touch of Anarchist Cookbook." - A "reader".
