Noctulpa was a literary horror fanzine published by George Hatch.
Noctulpa, was subtitled, "Journal of Horror".
Art work was by Alan M. Baker.
Contributors included Paul Curtis, Kenneth P. Czech, Janet Fox (Scavenger's Newsletter), C.S. Fugua, John Grey, K.J. Harmon, Kim L. Neidigh, John Schoffen, James Snyder, and Bobby G. Warner.
