Monozine was a compzine edited by Todd Lesser of Reisterstown, Maryland, U.S.A.

Comprised of true life tales of disease, injury, infection, and pain, the zine compiled graphic stories from everyday people about their worst medical problems.

A review by Tom Wheeler in issue 11 of the Alternative Press Review called Monozine "gruesomely entertaining ... filled with outrageous, descriptive and very detailed personal accounts of people’s worst illnesses and injuries in all their horrific glory." It was also awarded "Best Zine" by the Baltimore City Paper in 1997.

Excerpts from the zine were published in volumes 2, 3, and 4 of Zine Yearbook.

Seven issues of Monozine were published between 1994 and 2000.
