Meeper Blue was a science fiction fanzine published by George Paczolt, Jr.
Released in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., in the 1970s, Meeper Blue was a quarterly mimeographed fanzine.
Carol Kennedy, reviewing for Rune #54 from 1978 , writes, "Genzine, quarterly I think, mimeo, offset covers. I like the art, the layout, most of the writing, and -- bless you -- the BLUE paper. #12 obtains some interesting letters on the Markstein/Ellison fussin' and feudin'."
