He was first introduced to zines in 1994 when [[Jake Kelly]] was selling copies of his zine "[[Summer]]" at the Euclid Tavern in Cleveland. He had given up on reading as a result of high school and "Summer" was the best thing he had read to date. As a result he persued all zines he could find and soon started writing his own.

Entremettrum
Issue One

Entremettrum was a narrative and illustrative zine in the Catalan language, produced in Girona, Spain by Pere Saguer.

It started with a very local and friendly distribution of 20 or 30 copies. For the third issue the zine got some help from l'Estació Jove (a youth office were you could receive some help) and started to grow. From that time on the zine could be found in places like comic shops, libraries and city centers. The time between publishing another issue increased more and more, until it ended with issue #9. Each issue had a subtitel. The last issue was called Pits/Tits and contained some nudity. Becaus of this the supporting youth office stopped the collaboration. Entremettrum was a D.I.Y. zine.

Some issues of Entremettrum can be found in the archive of Fanzinoteca Ambulant.
