Maddy Phelan is a Wollongong, NSW, Australia based zinester and writer, who has published a number of personal zines, as well as editing a number of compilation zines. Maddy studies Bachelor of Creative Arts (Writing) and a Bachelor of Arts (History and Politics) at the University of Wollongong, where she also established a zine club.
