Love Bunni Press is a zine publisher which started in 1988 by R.John Xerxes Piche, who is called R.JXP for short.

RJXP lived a lonely, sad life in Cleveland Heights, Ohio where he wasted away his days playing Dungeons & Dragons, watching USA's NightFlight, and collecting Dr. Who annuals (by himself) while pretending to be Clevo Hardcore Tuff. Mostly he just read science fiction and political history books on his parent's front porch.

One day he just could not take the loneliness anymore, so he place a classified ad in Maximum Rock and Roll begging for pen pals. However, due to some gender identity issues he wrote the ad as if he were a young, punk rock princess. He recieved an uncomfortable number of replies, which he published as an anthology called From the Diane Files : Vol. 1.

These days he patrols the internet seeking out collaborators (writers, artists, and other sundry peoples) who he tries to convince to make zines and books with him. Sometimes he is successful and a new Love Bunni Zine is made. Other times, he gets threatening emails and cease and desist letters from lawyers.
