Jim Blanchard is a graphic artist, illustrator and former zine publisher. He was born in Houston, Texas in 1965. He received his bachelor of fine arts degree during the mid-1980's at the University of Oklahoma, during which he also published the fairly influential '80s art and music zine Blatch.
