How to Stage a Coup (subtitled: An Insurrection of the Underground Liberation Army) was a compzine compiled and edited in the year 2000 by Helen Luu, writer of the zine Moving Parts (formerly called Betty Blooper) and the compzine Paint Me A Revolution.

The zine was created both to communicate to the punk and zine community and to create a network amongst punk and zinester people-of-color. It featured writings by Dwayne Dixon, Lynn Hou, Lauren Martin, Mimi Nguyen, Celia Perez, Paolo Cruz, and many others. It has been recognized by the POC Zine Project as a legacy zine and has been archived online here.
