How to Stage a Coup (subtitled: An Insurrection of the Underground Liberation Army) was a compzine compiled and edited by Helen Luu, writer of the zine Moving Parts. The zine was created to both communicate to the punk and zine community and to create a network amongst punk and zinester people-of-color. It featured writings by Dwayne Dixon, Lynn Hou, Lauren Martin, Mimi Nguyen, Celia Perez, Paolo Cruz, and many others.
