Gore Lunatic was a Japanese zine published in the 1990s by Rumi Iwamoto. Gore Lunatic specialised in noise music, noisecore and noisegrind<ref>GL on PunksIsHippies blog</ref>.
The amount of issues printed is unclear, but one source claims there was an issue 5, which is the highest listed issue number<ref>GL on noisecore fansite</ref>. Issues 3 and 4 are available for free download as .pdf files.
