GIBBERING MADNESS was a UK zine edited by EVAN from Sheffield, South Yorkshire in the 1990's. It started out as a horror zine... but as it progressed it became more D.I.Y. punk orientated... focusing on the creative non-music side of punk, Mail-art, weirdness...plus personal thoughts and columns. There were 8 issues in total. The editor EVAN was in various D.I.Y. punk and hardcore bands including AVARICIOUS and THE GREAT REFUSAL.
