Found in the ruins by Australian zinester Sunil, the zine is named for the Minor Threat song Guilty of (not) being white. The zine contains a record of Sunil's personal life and activism (including his account of the protests that accompanied the Forbes 500 executive conference held in Sydney); the zine also including a condensed version of his honours thesis which discusses the issue of racism in the diy/punk community.
