Fish with Legs is a humorous per-zine about the adventures (and believe me when I tell you that term is being used very loosely here) of one Eric Lyden a 30 year old...well, some might call him a loser, but that would be unfair. he hasn't exactly taken the world by storm, but he hasn't given up yet and you're not really a loser until you give up. There have been 11 issues published along with a "best of" compilation of the first 3 issues and it's generally considered to be a pretty swell zine by most people.
