Fat Girl was the zine published in the 1990s by April Miller subtitled "A zine for fat dykes and the women who want them."

Fat Girl tackled issues around body image, sexuality, identity, politics and more. Its approach was direct; it did not tiptoe around its subjects. Sometimes funny, sometimes controversial, Fat Girl gave readers a peek into the lives of large women. Contribuors included Charlotte Cooper.

An excerpt from the zine appeared in The Factsheet Five Zine Reader. As well, Fat Girl was one of the zines included in Outpunk's compilation issue.

Note: A second zine with the same name has been published fairly recently.
