In 2002 Ortlieb handed over the editorship to the team of Edwina Harvey and Ted Scribner, who produced it till 2010, publishing 101 issues. It was relaunched in February 2011, by Wendy Palmer.

The Australian Science Fiction Bullsheet won the Ditmar Award for Best Fanzine twice, in 2004 and 2005, under the editorship of Edwina Harvey and Ted Scribner.
