Cows and beer (2007-) is a 'hardcore, punk rock fanzine' by Admo published in Tamworth, NSW, Australia.
Admo notes in the editorial of the first issues that: "Its those who get off their arses and the internet to produce and create something physical that are heaping buckets of water out of the sinking ship of 'Australian Hardcore'". The zine is inspired by zines like Us vs them, Distort and Cut sick.
Issue one contains interviews with Wakrime, Protestant, and Straightjacket Nation.
