Cosign was a science fiction fanzine published by the Central Ohio Fantasy Society, and edited by Bob Gaines.

Published in the 1960s in Ohio, U.S.A., at least 9 issues of Cosign were released. Issue 9 appeared in April 1967.

Contributions of writing were by Brian Burley, Richard Byers, Rod Goman, Bob Hillis, Larry Knight, Richard Labonte (Hugin and Munin), Ron Miller, Larry Smith, Ron Smith, and Angus Taylor, among others.

Contributions of art work came from Robert E. Gilbert, and Gregg Willard (cover #9), among others.

Letters from Juanita Coulson (Yandro), Jerry Kaufman, Doug Lovenstein, and others.
