BoyCrazyBoy was a small-press comic created and self-published by artist/writer Sina.

Released in England, a number of issues of this comic zine appeared, primarily featuring autobiographical works. Some of these stories also appeared in Robert Kirby and David Kelly's queer comic anthology zine Boy Trouble, and have since been reprinted in The Book of Boy Trouble, edited by Robert Kirby and David Kelly.
