Beryl Mercer (nee Henley) is a fanzine editor from the UK.

Her first fanzine , produced in the 1960s, was Link, so-edited with Mary Reed. Link was published from 1964 till 1966, and not without a certain amount of controversy. This title is regarded as one of the "New Wave" of zines emerging in the 1960s, who were often at odds with an earlier generation of fanzine editors and fans. After the demise of Link, Beryl went on to do her OMPA zine [[Oz (UK)}Oz]], while Mary did Crabapple.

In 1968, Beryl co-edited one issue of Grimwab with well known fan artist Harry Bell.
