Eleanor's father, Jim Linwood, was co-editor, with Michael Moorcock, of the 1950's fanzine [[Typo]]. In a letter to [[Porlapse]] fanzine, he describes Eleanor putting together her zine, using her mother's ''Good Housekeeping'' booklets; "Eleanore plundered the '50s style adverts for cookers and other dosmestic appliances to use as artwork in her punk-rock fanzine ''Baby Bites Back''.
