Wobbly was a fanzine published by Berkeley General Recruiting Union, Industrial Workers of the World, and edited by Dave Bromfield.
Wobbly was published in Berkeley, California, U.S.A. in the 1960s. It was a recruiting periodical of the IWW (Industrial Workers of the World).
Issue 1 appeared in March, 1962. It was 22 pages, and included the the articles “The IWW Today,” “Christians at War,” “Chess and Revolution,” “Captain Anarchy,” and “The Code of Juvie.”
Issue 2 was published in July, 1962. The cover art is by Dave Rike (Innuendo). For his cover, Rike combined his interest in science fiction with his interest in politics; an alien arrives at a IWW Union meeting, and the viewer might assume it has demanded the science fiction movie cliche, "Take me to your leader", since the union men are answering "Leader? WHAT leader?"
