Head is a British science fiction fanzine co-edited by Doug Bell and Christina Lake.

The most recently published issue is #12, of August 2014. Head covers everything from travel, media, art, writing, sports, comics, video games, fandom, con reports, and even science fiction.

Head has included contributions such as Doug Bell's story "Pil, Pil, I Love You Still", about travelling in Basque Spain and France, and about the Guggenheim in Bilbao; Christina Lake writing on fandom in "Where the Neo-Fans Graze", and on the Eurocon in Sweden, in "Shards of Babel"; "How I Pubbed My Other 'Ish'", on fan publishing for CAMRA, by Mike Meara; Nick Walters, a Dr. Who novelist, writing about meeting his favourite Dr. Who actor; "The Gloves Come Off', an illustrated memoir about ice hockey by Taral Wayne (DNQ); "Medicine Men" by Gary Wilkinson, about art of the last and current century.

Other contributors have included Peter Crump, Lilian Edwards (Gloss, Floss!), Andy Hooper (Chunga), Ian Millsted, Simon Lake, and Frank Lunney (Beabohema).

Covers are by Brad Foster, and Steve Stiles, and logos were contributed by Steve Green. Interior illustrations are by Brad Foster, Rob Gilvary, Sue Mason, Bill Rotsler, Steve Stiles, John Toon, and Taral Wayne.

Photographs are by Gary Wilkinson, and the editors.

Head won the Nova Award for Best Fanzine in 2001, and in 2011.

Christina Lake had previously co-edited the fanzine This Never Happens with Lilian Edwards. Throughout the 2010s, she has also published her personal zine Nowhere Fan.
