In Farm Sweater Revolution, working class college student Valerie covers topics such as battering in lesbian relationships, the dating scene at Wheaton College, lesbians and HIV, body image and the cycle of oppression, and life imitating film noir. Issue two contains the author's anecdotes about working in the dining hall with former prisoners, being a queer, being intimidated by discourse theory at college, and being labeled. The zine also contains a "Would You Rather?" section, an ad for the Boston Lesbian Avengers, an explanation of the author's love of "farm sweaters" and some analysis of a quote by Simone de Beauvoir. There are photobooth photo, clip art, comics, and some handwritten sections.
